Sensor Alignment

The following figure specifies sensor alignment, where all specifications define the absolute maximum tolerance allowed for production cameras. Dimensions X, Y, Z are in microns and referenced to the mechanical body or the optical focal plane (for the Z-axis dimension). Theta specifies the sensor rotation relative to the sensor’s center and camera mechanical.

X Variance	+/- 100 microns
Y Variance	+/- 100 microns
Z Variance	+/- 300 microns
Theta Variance	+/- 1 degree
